Learn & Grow
Accelerated Academic Program (ages 2-7)

Learn and Grow at The Village is a cutting-edge, five-year accelerated early education program aimed at empowering children to excel beyond traditional expectations. We believe in the immense capabilities of young minds and their potential to achieve critical foundation skills at an accelerated pace.

Our mission is to cultivate a love for learning, foster critical thinking, and instill advanced academic skills from an early age, providing children with a significant head start in their educational journey, and ensuring they leave our program at least one grade level ahead of their peers.

Who We Are

The Village Learn & Grow program was developed by Dana, a seasoned and triple-certified educator with a double-masters in education. Dana began to develop this program during COVID when learning pods were more needed than ever. As the need grew, the program grew with the help of other certified educators who also believed that through research-based approaches and small-group instruction, children could achieve highly.

Our Values

The Village believes that children are capable of a lot and if provided with the opportunity and right approach, they can attain critical foundation skills at an accelerated rate and ultimately gain a head-start at a very early age.

Our Goals

The goal is to ensure we are capturing and shaping curious minds to grow a love for learning, critical thinking skills, and academic skills at a young age through a hands-on, mulitsensory, rigorous, and differentiated teaching approach that meets each child’s level and learning styles and ultimately ensures a head start in their learning journey. Children in this program leave with a minimum of one-grade level ahead of children in their age-range.

Results

Children who graduate from our program leave with the confidence of having strong academic, social, and emotional skills. Their ability to problem solve and verbalize their critical thinking process is what sets them apart from children at their level. The Village collaborates with their families to ensure every child is supported socially, emotionally, and academically so that they are equipped with the skills necessary for any learning journey that is to come.
